365 Days of Pre Programmed Workouts 

SOF Prep Training presents a complete mental and physical training program. This is 1 year of complete training. Broken up in 8 sections. You will target areas 1 step at a time.  

We have created a 100+ Page Downloadable Training eBook. Each workout is unique and designed to target a specific area. Core to Extremity.  

This can easily be completed at a Home Gym, CrossFit Box, Regular Gym, School or College Training Facility.  

We target Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Stamina, Durability, Power and More.  

Goal of this Program: We are targeting 4 specific areas with this training. Strength, Power, Endurance and Mental Fortitude. Over 365 days you will complete: 4 Strength Cycles, 2 Power Cycles, 2 Endurance Cycles and be tested daily with Mental Toughness Training. 

We provide you with the road map to success! 


Gear Needed: Ideal set up for this program: 

  • Pull Up Bar
  • Barbell with at least 135 Pounds of Weight or you can sub in a Heavy Sandbag
  • Step Up or Box Jump
  • Ruck with Weight or Weight Vest
  • Rucking and Running Trails or Pool
  • We give both swim and ruck options

Strength

Strength: Your foundation or “Core”. It’s useless to pile on horsepower to a weak chassis. So we start at the beginning. We focus on Deadlift, Front Squat, Weighted Pull Ups and Bench Press. 

Power

Once you have built your chassis we move on and start adding HP! Here we incorporate explosive movements that will not only maintain strength you have created but convert it into usable explosive power! Utilizing Power Cleans and other explosive hip opening movements. 

Endurance

Life is a marathon not a sprint. You need to be able to go the distance. This portion of training will morph the strength and power you have developed and turn you into a relentless unwavering machine. Farmer Carries, Sand Bag Drills, Weighted Lunges and Grinder PT. 

Mental Fortitude
